Meeting Rooms & Check-In

Reserve a Meeting Room

You can reserve a meeting room in Tactic from your Dashboard or from the office map. You can also add a title, invite guests, repeat the meeting and request services for it.

Reserve a room from the Dashboard

  1. On the Dashboard, find the day you want in the weekly view and click Make reservation.
  2. The map opens with the reservation panel on the left. At the top, check the office, date, floor and time range.
  3. Click the Rooms tab to list the rooms on that floor. Each room shows its floor and how many people it fits.
  4. Click a room to open its details.
  5. Fill in the reservation:
    • Title: the name of your meeting.
    • Date & time: the day, start time and end time.
    • Repeat: leave it on Does Not Repeat, or choose how often the meeting repeats.
    • Add Guests: invite the people attending.
    • Private reservation: turn this on to hide the meeting details from other users.
    • Add Workplace Request(s): optional, for example catering or equipment for the meeting.
  6. The timeline next to the form shows when the room is already booked that day. Use it to pick a free time.
  7. Click Reserve Room.

💡 Tip: Need more than one room for the same meeting? Click Add another room before you reserve.

Reserve a room from the map

  1. Click the Map icon in the left menu.
  2. Set the date, floor and time range at the top of the panel.
  3. Click an available room on the map, or pick it from the Rooms tab.
  4. Complete the reservation details as above and click Reserve Room.

Book a room for someone else

If you have permission to book for others, click Create Reservation for Another User at the top of the room's details and choose the person. See Reserve a Workspace on Behalf of Someone Else.

Rooms that need approval

Some rooms are set by your admin to require approval. Your reservation stays pending until an admin approves it, and then it appears as confirmed on your Dashboard.
