What is a Recurring Reservation?
A recurring reservation allows you to reserve the same desk for multiple days at the same time. This is ideal if you plan to sit at the same desk on a regular schedule.
Create a Recurring Reservation from the Map
Open the Map View.
Click on the desk you want to reserve.
Click Reserve.
Select your desired start date and time.
Click the Does Not Repeat dropdown.
Choose how often the reservation should repeat:
Select Every Day (Custom) for more personalized options:
7. Click Reserve to confirm.
Create a Recurring Reservation from the Dashboard
Go to your Dashboard.
Click Make Reservation.
Select the desk or location where you want to book.
Choose your date and time.
Click the Does Not Repeat dropdown.
Select the recurrence option that best fits your needs.
Click Reserve.
Tip: Another option is to use Multi-Day Selection. When choosing your date in the calendar, you can select multiple days at once instead of setting up a recurring reservation. This can save time if you already know the exact days you need.
Important Things to Keep in Mind
Future Reservation Limit: Each building has a limit on how far in advance reservations can be made. This setting is managed by an admin.
When creating a recurring reservation, make sure the End Date falls within your building’s future reservation limit.
For example, if your building allows reservations to be made up to 30 days in advance, the end date of your recurring reservation must be within those 30 days from today. If the end date is set beyond that limit, the reservation will not be created.
