How to update your Tactic User profile information, including changing your time zone, profile picture, default office and more.
How to Update Your Profile Information in Tactic
Update Your Profile Information on the Tactic Web App
- Log in to the Tactic web application
- On the bottom left corner of the screen, click on the Profile Picture Icon.
- Select your name & profile picture, or select Settings from the drop-down menu.

In the profile section, you can update the following information:
- Display name
- Bio
- Phone Number
- Job Title
- Date Format
- Default Office
- Default Floor
- Default Timezone
- Default Working Locations
- To update your profile picture, click on the current profile picture and select a new image from your device.
4. Once you have made the desired changes, click on the Save button to update your profile information.
💡 Note: It is important to ensure that your Timezone and Default office are correct as it will affect your schedule and bookings.
💡 Note: It is important to set your Default Working Locations in order for your schedule to be visible to others on the Dashboard View
Update Your Profile On the Mobile App
- Open the Tactic Mobile App and click on the Profile Picture Icon in the top right-hand corner of the screen.

In the profile section, you can update the following information:
- Display name
- Job Title
- Phone Number
- Short Bio
- Default Office
- Default Floor
- Date Format
- To update your profile picture, click on the current profile picture and select a new image from your device.
2. Once you have made the desired changes, click on the Save button to update your profile information.
