Tactic allows you to easily integrate your conference room reservations with Microsoft Outlook. By connecting Tactic with your Outlook account, you can view and manage your reservations directly from your calendar. This help article will guide you through the process of setting up the integration.

How to Integrate with Microsoft Outlook


To connect Microsoft Outlook with Tactic, follow the steps below:

1: Navigate to the Integration Settings

Log into Tactic, and navigate to the Settings > Apps & Integrations page.

2. Click Get Started
Look for the Microsoft Outlook icon and click on the Get Started button next to it.

3. Authenticate & Grant Permission

After clicking the Get Started button, you will be directed to the Microsoft authentication view. Enter your email and password and then select Accept to connect Tactic to your Outlook account.

4. Verify Integration is Complete

Once you have authenticated your Microsoft Outlook account with Tactic, you will be notified that the integration is complete. You can now view and manage your conference room reservations directly from your Outlook Calendar.
