How to integrate Tactic with your Google Calendar

Tactic allows you to easily integrate your conference room reservations with Google Calendar. By connecting Tactic with your Google account, you can view and manage your reservations directly from your calendar. This help article will guide you through the process of setting up the integration.

How to Integrate with Google Calendar

To connect your Google Calendar with Tactic, follow the steps below:

1: Navigate to the Integration Settings

Log into Tactic, and navigate to the Settings > Apps & Integrations page.

2. Click Get Started
Look for the Google Calendar icon and click on the Get Started button next to it.

3. Authenticate & Grant Permission

After clicking the Get Started button, you will be directed to the Google authentication view. Enter your email and password and check the box next to the calendar permission. Then select Continue to allow Tactic to connect with your Google account.

4. Verify Integration is Complete

Once you have authenticated your Google account with Tactic, you will be notified that the integration is complete. You can now view and manage your conference room reservations directly from your Google Calendar.

πŸ’‘ Note: If you have multiple calendars set up in Google, you can specify which calendar Tactic should use when creating reservations. If you do not specify a calendar, Tactic will create reservations on your default calendar.
