With Tactic's health and safety features, your team can take proactive measure to protect the most important part of every organization - it's people.
Uploading COVID-19 Vaccine Records
Navigate to Settings > My Health > Safety and select Get Started
From the options provided, select Covid Vaccine.
Upload an image of your vaccine record by clicking on the Upload or drop a photo button and selecting the appropriate file from your computer.
Provide the number of vaccine doses you have received and the dates each dose was administered.
Click on the Submit button to submit your record for review by a Health Admin.
Wait for the record to be approved.
Uploading COVID-19 Test Results
Navigate to Settings > My Health > Safety and select Get Started
Select Test Result and upload an image of the test result
From the options provided, select Test Result.
Upload an image of your Test Result by clicking on the Upload or drop a photo button and selecting the appropriate file from your computer.
Provide the type of test, date it was taken, and the test result.
Click on the Submit button to submit your result for review by a Health Admin.
Wait for the result to be approved.
Submitted Health Documents
When you submit a health record through the My Health and Safety page, it will be in a Pending status until it is reviewed by an office health administrator.
You can view all the health records you have submitted and their current status by going to the My Health and Safety page.
Office health and safety tools are an additional feature available to Tactic customers. Some organizations may require employees to submit and have their health records approved before making office reservations.
If you have any questions about your organization's specific requirements, please reach out to your team manager for clarification.
