If at any time you have a question or run into an issue with your Tactic account, there are a few different ways to get help.
Help Center Articles
The Tactic Help Center is a quick and convenient way to get answers to the most commonly asked questions.
To access the help center, simply click on your name in the right-hand corner of the Tactic dashboard and select the Help Center link or navigate to help.gettactic.com.
Our help articles are organized by category for easy browsing, but to find the answer to specific question, simply perform a search using a few relevant keywords. Any related articles will appear below the search bar.
Live Chat with Support
If you are unable to find the answers you need in the help center, our support team is available through live chat Monday-Friday from 8am - 6pm MDT.
To access this feature, click on your name in the right-hand corner of the Tactic dashboard and select the Live Chat link.
Once selected, a Live Chat window will appear. Click on the red pencil icon to start a new chat. Our support reps typically respond in under 5 minutes. To help speed along the process, we recommend providing as much detail in your initial message as possible. This will make it easier for our team to diagnose the issue and provide a solution.
Submit a Support Ticket
If you cannot find the answers you are looking for in the Help Center, and it is outside of Live Chat hours, please submit a support ticket by emailing [email protected].
You can expect a reply from our team within 12-16 hours, though we do our best to beat those expectations.
