How to Update Your Profile Information
Update Your Profile Information on the Web App
Log in to the web application and navigate to the Dashboard.
On the top right corner of the screen, click on the Profile Picture Icon.
Select Profile from the drop-down menu.
In the profile section, you can update the following information:
Display name
Bio
Phone Number
Job Title
Birthday
Location
Timezone*
Default Office*
To update your profile picture, click on the current profile picture and select a new image from your device.
Once you have made the desired changes, click on the Save button to update your profile information.
* It is important to ensure that your Timezone and Default office are correct as it will affect your schedule and bookings.
Update Your Profile On the Mobile App
Open the Tactic Mobile App and click on the Profile Picture Icon in the top right hand corner of the screen.
In the profile section, you can update the following information:
Display name
Bio
Phone Number
Job Title
Birthday
Location
Timezone*
Default Office*
To update your profile picture, click on the current profile picture and select a new image from your device.
Once you have made the desired changes, click on the Save button to update your profile information.
