How to invite new users to your organization

Tactic makes it easy to invite others to join your Tactic account in multiple ways.

Invitation via email

Log into a Tactic administrator account and navigate to Settings > Users & Teams > Invite. Enter in the name, email, role, and team(s) of the person you would like to invite to your Tactic account and select Send Invites.

Invitation via join code

Log into a Tactic administrator account and navigate to Settings > Users & Teams > Invite. `Toggle on the Invite Link and copy the join code. You can send the join code to anyone you'd like to join your organization.

The Invite Link can be toggled off or regenerated at any time. Once toggled off, invitees that had not yet created their account will not be able to do so until the Invite Link is toggled back on. If the Invite Link is regenerated, previously sent links will expire and invitees that had not yet created their account will be unable to do so without the newly regenerated Invite Link.

Once an invitee clicks on the Invite Link sent, they will be directed to a page where they can create their Tactic user account.

Directory Sync

If your organization has enabled Directory Syncing services, employees can simply navigate to https://gettactic.com/ and log in using their associated work email. Via the email entered, Tactic will recognize their respective account this user belongs to, and will require them to log in using their organization's Identify and Access Management Software (e.g., Okta, Google, Azure, etc.).
